The Buccaneers (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against E.E. Smith (Fayetteville, NC). The Golden Bulls come into the 4A Mid-South challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, E.E. Smith nipped Terry Sanford (Fayetteville, NC), 58-13, in a league challenge.

The Tigers now sport a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Grays Creek for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 7. South View will meet a Bears team coming off a 42-21 league win over Southern Lee (Sanford, NC). The Bears record now stands at 6-1.
