(September 19, 2009: Truckee, CA 96161) In Saturday's non-league game, the Truckee Wolverines (Truckee, CA) football team knocked off the visiting Colfax Falcons (Colfax, CA), by a score of 34-7.

The Wolverines (3-0) will now prepare for their game against Lowry (Winnemucca, NV). The Buckaroos come into the Northern 3A game with a 3-0 record. In their last game, Lowry toppled Yerington (Yerington, NV), 49-6, in a league game.
