(January 17, 2012: Houston, TX 77080) The Magnolia Bulldogs (Magnolia, TX) basketball knocked off the host Northbrook Raiders (Houston, TX), 78-63 in Tuesday's league test.

The Bulldogs (17-7) will now prepare for their test against Spring Woods (Houston, TX). The Tigers go into the 4A Region III District 17 test with a 2-15 record. In their last test, Spring Woods was beaten by Waller (Waller, TX), 62-56, in a league test.

The Raiders now own a 10-9 record. They take the field next when they host Stratford for a 4A Region III District 17 test on Friday, January 20. Northbrook will clash with a Spartans squad coming off a 61-32 league loss to Montgomery (Montgomery, TX). The Spartans record now stands at 2-15.
