(February 7, 2009: DuBois, PA 15801) Johnsonburg Rams (Johnsonburg, PA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host DuBois Central Catholic Cardinals (DuBois, PA), 56-47 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Johnsonburg upgrades its record to 15-6 on the season. The Rams host St. Marys (St. Marys, PA) to encounter the Flying Dutch in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 10. The Flying Dutch go into the bout with a record of 12-7. St. Marys lost 44-40 in their recent league bout against Elk County Catholic (St. Marys, PA)

Next up, the Cardinals encounter the Bradford Owls (Bradford, PA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 9. DuBois Central Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 16-4 season record. The Owls go into the bout with a 10-8 record after their 58-34 league win over Brookville (Brookville, PA).
