Minnesota High School Volleyball - Hopkins tips Chaska
(October 14, 2011: Minnetonka, MN 55305) In Friday's non-league contest, the Hopkins Royals (Minnetonka, MN) volleyball squad edged the visiting Chaska Hawks (Chaska, MN), by a margin of 2-1.
Next up, the Royals battle the Eden Prairie Eagles (Eden Prairie, MN) in a Lake contest, on Tuesday, October 18. Hopkins will attempt to better on its 13-14 season record. The Eagles come into the contest with a 21-5 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Prior Lake (Prior Lake, MN).
With the loss, Chaska drops to 10-8 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Academy of Holy Angels (Richfield, MN) to battle the Stars in a Missota contest on Monday, October 17. The Stars come into the contest with a record of 9-13. Academy of Holy Angels lost 3-1 in their recent league contest against Northfield/ARTech (Northfield, MN)
