New Jersey High School Basketball - Immaculata thwarts Bergen Catholic
(February 26, 2008: Somerville, NJ 08876) The Immaculata Spartans (Somerville, NJ) basketball defeated the visiting Bergen Catholic Crusaders (Oradell, NJ), 64-45 in Tuesday's non-league contest.
The Spartans now sport a 16-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Queen of Peace for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 28. Immaculata will meet a Golden Griffins team coming off a 78-61 league win over Morrow (Englewood, NJ). The Golden Griffins record now stands at 23-2.
