North Carolina High School Basketball - West Mecklenburg nudges Olympic

West Mecklenburg Hawks (Charlotte, NC) basketball squad edged the host
Olympic Trojans (Charlotte, NC), by a count of
57-52.
The Hawks (3-8) will now prepare for their outing against
Waddell (Charlotte, NC). The Raiders go into the
Queen City outing with a 2-5 record. In their last outing,
Waddell was tipped by
Berry Tech (Charlotte, NC),
49-23, in a league outing.
The Trojans now hold a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to
Harding University for a
Queen City outing on Friday, January 9.
Olympic will encounter a Rams squad coming off a
50-46 league loss to
Charlotte Catholic (Charlotte, NC). The Rams record now stands at 8-6.
