(January 10, 2012: North Augusta, SC 29860) Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Fox Creek Predators (North Augusta, SC) and the visiting Blackville-Hilda Fighting Hawks (Blackville, SC), saw Fox Creek's basketball squad hold off Blackville-Hilda by a score of 26-25.

With the victory, Fox Creek improves its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Predators host Calhoun County (St. Matthews, SC) to meet the Saints in a A Region IV battle on Thursday, January 12. The Saints come into the battle with a record of 4-2. Calhoun County lost 31-22 in their recent non-league battle against Scott's Branch (Summerton, SC)

The Fighting Hawks (6-2) will now prepare for their battle against Williston-Elko (Williston, SC). The Blue Devils come into the A Region IV battle with a 3-1 record.
