(September 15, 2011: Biggs, CA 95917) The Pierce Bears topped the host Biggs Wolverines volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Bears now have a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Los Molinos for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 20. Pierce will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Yreka (Yreka, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 11-6.

The Wolverines (0-8) will now prepare for their test against Providence (Orland, CA). The Lions enter the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Providence was knocked off by Liberty Christian (Redding, CA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
