New York High School Basketball - Green Tech tipped by Middletown
(February 1, 2012: Albany, NY 12210) The Middletown Middie Bears basketball team scored 77 points and held the host Green Tech to 72 in the Middie Bears non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Middie Bears now sport a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Monroe-Woodbury for a Section 9 Orange County I contest on Wednesday, February 8. Middletown will confront a Crusaders team coming off a 79-49 league loss to Kingston (Kingston, NY). The Crusaders record now stands at 1-12.
The (10-5) will now prepare for their contest against Peekskill (Peekskill, NY). The Red Devils enter the non-league contest with a 11-3 record. In their last contest, Peekskill nudged Kennedy Catholic (Somers, NY), 76-51, in a league contest.
