Oregon High School Basketball - Scio falls to Central Linn

(February 3, 2012: Halsey, OR 97348) The Central Linn Cobras basketball team scored 76 points and held the visiting Scio Loggers to 68 in the Cobras league triumph on Friday.

The Cobras now sport a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Linn Christian Academy for a 2A Tri-River contest on Tuesday, February 7. Central Linn will meet a Eagles team coming off a 38-37 league loss to Regis (Stayton, OR). The Eagles record now stands at 20-3.

The Loggers (3-15) will now prepare for their contest against Regis (Stayton, OR). The Rams enter the 2A Tri-River contest with a 17-5 record. In their last contest, Regis ran past East Linn Christian Academy (Lebanon, OR), 38-37, in a league contest.
