Texas High School Basketball - Channelview overwhelmed by North Shore
(January 10, 2012: Houston, TX 77015) The Channelview Falcons basketball team (Channelview, TX), was overwhelmed 52-30 in Tuesday's league battle with the host North Shore Mustangs (Houston, TX)
The Mustangs now possess a 17-10 record. They play next when they travel to Port Arthur Memorial for a 5A Region III District 21 battle on Friday, January 13. North Shore will battle a Titans team coming off a 64-25 league win over Sterling (Baytown, TX). The Titans record now stands at 13-8.
The Falcons (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against La Porte (La Porte, TX). The Bulldogs enter the 5A Region III District 21 contest with a 16-10 record. In their last contest, La Porte trounced West Brook (Beaumont, TX), 54-30, in a league contest.
