(January 31, 2012: Ansonia, CT 06401) The Watertown Indians topped the host Ansonia Chargers basketball team by a final score of 69-58 in Tuesday's league game.

In their next game, the Indians face the Woodland Regional Hawks (Beacon Falls, CT) in a Naugatuck Valley - Brass game, on Friday, February 3. Watertown will attempt to move on its 13-2 season record. The Hawks enter the game with a 7-8 record after their 67-57 league loss to St. Paul Catholic (Bristol, CT).

With the defeat, Ansonia moves to 6-9 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Seymour (Seymour, CT) to meet the Wildcats in a Naugatuck Valley - Brass contest on Friday, February 3.
