Pennsylvania High School Football - North East topples Greenville

(September 2, 2011: Greenville, PA 16125) The North East Grape Pickers (North East, PA) football defeated the host Greenville Trojans (Greenville, PA), 48-21 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Grape Pickers face the General McLane Lancers (Edinboro, PA) in a District 10 Region 4 AA bout, on Friday, September 9. North East will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Lancers enter the bout with a 0-1 record after their 42-28 non-league loss to Strong Vincent (Erie, PA).
