California High School Basketball - Twentynine Palms can't hold off Big Bear

(February 3, 2012: Big Bear City, CA 92315) The Big Bear Bears basketball squad scored 68 points and limited the visiting Twentynine Palms Wildcats to 62 in the Bears league win on Friday.

With the win, Big Bear upgrades its record to 19-2 on the season. The Bears host Yucca Valley (Yucca Valley, CA) to encounter the Trojans in a De Anza bout on Wednesday, February 8. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 11-12. Yucca Valley won 70-63 in their recent league bout against Desert Mirage (Thermal, CA)

Next up, the Wildcats encounter the Shadow Hills Knights (Indio, CA) in a De Anza bout, on Wednesday, February 8. Twentynine Palms will attempt to upgrade on its 12-11 season record.
