(October 27, 2011: Sacramento, CA 95829) The Ponderosa Bruins volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Sheldon Huskies to 0 in the Bruins league victory on Thursday.
The Bruins now have a 22-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Francis for a Delta River game on Tuesday, November 1. Ponderosa will confront a Troubadours team coming off a 3-1 league win over Oak Ridge (El Dorado Hills, CA). The Troubadours record now stands at 27-5.
The Huskies (7-10) will now prepare for their game against Pleasant Grove (Elk Grove, CA). The Eagles enter the Delta River game with a 4-19 record. In their last game, Pleasant Grove fell by Folsom (Folsom, CA), 3-0, in a league outing.
