Pineville Mountain Lions (Pineville, KY) football knocked off the visiting
Berea Pirates (Berea, KY),
27-12 in Friday's non-league game.
The Mountain Lions (2-0) will now prepare for their game against
Cumberland (Cumberland, KY). The Redskins come into the
1A District 7 game with a 1-1 record. In their last game,
Cumberland was dropped by
Lynn Camp (Corbin, KY),
28-26, in a non-league game.
The Pirates now hold a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host
Haysi for a non-league game on Saturday, September 8.

Clintwood (Clintwood, VA). The Tigers record now stands at 1-1.
