Texas High School Basketball - Estacado overwhelmed by Wylie

(December 2, 2011: Abilene, TX 79606) The Wylie Bulldogs basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the visiting Estacado Matadors to 31 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Friday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Franklin for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 3. Wylie will meet a Cougars team coming off a 44-33 non-league win over Burkburnett (Burkburnett, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 6-3.

The Matadors (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Jim Ned (Tuscola, TX). The Indians come into the non-league contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, Jim Ned was routed by Brownwood (Brownwood, TX), 35-32, in a non-league contest.
