Florida High School Basketball - Newsome falls to Hillsborough

Hillsborough Terriers basketball team scored 49 points and held the host
Newsome Wolves to 34 in the Terriers non-league triumph on Monday.
The Terriers now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to
Brandon for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 23.
Hillsborough will meet a Eagles team coming off a
54-29 non-league win over
Lennard (Ruskin, FL). The Eagles record now stands at 4-5.
The Wolves (4-6) will now prepare for their contest against
Brandon (Brandon, FL). The Eagles enter the
5A District 8 contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest,
Brandon was defeated by
Hillsborough (Tampa, FL),
55-36, in a non-league contest.
