Oregon High School Basketball - North Salem ripped by West Salem
(January 24, 2012: Salem, OR 97304) The West Salem Titans basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting North Salem Vikings to 23 in the Titans league triumph on Tuesday.
The Titans now sport a 13-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host McNary for a 6A Central Valley contest on Friday, January 27. West Salem will confront a Celtics team coming off a 64-51 league win over South Salem (Salem, OR). The Celtics record now stands at 11-7.
The Vikings (0-18) will now prepare for their contest against McKay (Salem, OR). The Scots enter the 6A Central Valley contest with a 4-14 record. In their last contest, McKay was routed by Sprague (Salem, OR), 58-55, in a league contest.
