Perry Panthers basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting
Jackson Polar Bears to 40 in the Panthers league triumph on Friday.
The Panthers now sport a 15-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to
Hoover for a
Federal contest on Saturday, February 9.
Perry will meet a Vikings team coming off a
74-39 league win over
Boardman (Youngstown, OH). The Vikings record now stands at 14-5.
The Polar Bears (9-7) will now prepare for their contest against
West Branch (Beloit, OH). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 10-7 record. In their last contest,
West Branch was routed by
Alliance (Alliance, OH),
52-37, in a league contest.
