Oregon High School Basketball - Gresham falls to Aloha
(January 10, 2012: Beaverton, OR 97007) The Aloha Warriors basketball team scored 49 points and held the visiting Gresham Gophers to 35 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Warriors now sport a 1-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westview for a 6A Metro contest on Friday, January 20. Aloha will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 74-60 non-league win over Lincoln (Portland, OR). The Wildcats record now stands at 10-3.
The Gophers (4-9) will now prepare for their contest against Beaverton (Beaverton, OR). The Beavers enter the non-league contest with a 6-6 record. In their last contest, Beaverton ran past Clackamas (Clackamas, OR), 53-52, in a non-league contest.
