(October 9, 2009: Redmond, WA 98052) In Friday's league game, the Issaquah Eagles (Issaquah, WA) football team smashed the host Redmond Mustangs (Redmond, WA), by a final score of 40-7.
The Eagles (4-2) will now prepare for their game against Skyline (Sammamish, WA). The Spartans come into the 4A KingCo - Crest challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Skyline trounced Eastlake (Sammamish, WA), 43-7, in a league challenge.
The Mustangs now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Garfield for a 4A KingCo - Crest challenge on Thursday, October 15. Redmond will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 30-0 league loss to Newport (Bellevue, WA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-4.
