Texas High School Basketball - Faith Academy fells Summit Christian Academy

(January 20, 2012: Marble Falls, TX 78654) Faith Academy Flames (Marble Falls, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad overcome the visiting Summit Christian Academy Eagles (Cedar Park, TX), 52-38 in a league bout.

With the victory, Faith Academy upgrades its record to 7-10 on the campaign. The Flames travel to Hill Country Christian (Austin, TX) to play the Knights in a TAPPS 2A District 5 bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 18-3. Hill Country Christian won 59-43 in their recent league bout against Our Lady of the Hills (Kerrville, TX)

Next up, the Eagles play the Hill Country Christian Knights (Austin, TX) in a TAPPS 2A District 5 bout, on Saturday, January 28. Summit Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-12 season record.
