California High School Basketball - La Jolla crushes San Diego Jewish Academy

(February 4, 2012: La Jolla, CA 92037) La Jolla Vikings (La Jolla, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting San Diego Jewish Academy Lions (San Diego, CA), 55-23 in a non-league bout.

With the win, La Jolla upgrades its record to 3-18 on the season. The Vikings travel to St. Augustine (San Diego, CA) to encounter the Saints in a Western bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Saints go into the bout with a record of 19-5. St. Augustine won 48-36 in their recent league bout against Scripps Ranch (San Diego, CA)

Next up, the Lions encounter the Escondido Charter White Tigers (Escondido, CA) in a Pacific bout, on Wednesday, February 8. San Diego Jewish Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 9-9 season record. The White Tigers go into the bout with a 7-11 record after their 59-48 non-league loss to Guajome Park Academy (Vista, CA).
