Mississippi High School Basketball - East Central falls to St. Martin

(December 13, 2011: Ocean Springs, MS 39564) The St. Martin Yellowjackets basketball team scored 80 points and held the visiting East Central Hornets to 65 in the Yellowjackets non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Yellowjackets now sport a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ocean Springs for a 6A Region 7 contest on Friday, December 16. St. Martin will meet a Greyhounds team coming off a 81-60 non-league loss to Moss Point (Moss Point, MS). The Greyhounds record now stands at 1-6.

The Hornets (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Vancleave (Vancleave, MS). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 1-10 record.
