(January 14, 2012: Yankton, SD 57078) The Yankton Bucks/Gazelles (Yankton, SD) basketball nipped the visiting Lincoln Patriots (Sioux Falls, SD), 47-45 in Saturday's league test.
The Bucks/Gazelles (6-3) will now prepare for their test against Roosevelt (Sioux Falls, SD). The Rough Riders go into the non-league test with a 7-3 record. In their last test, Roosevelt was tipped by Brandon Valley (Brandon, SD), 71-58, in a non-league test.
The Patriots now own a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Huron for a non-league test on Friday, January 20. Lincoln will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 60-21 non-league loss to Washington (Sioux Falls, SD). The Tigers record now stands at 0-9.
