California High School Basketball - Fowler overwhelmed by Caruthers

(February 3, 2012: Fowler, CA 93625) The Caruthers Blue Raiders basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the host Fowler Redcats to 32 in the Blue Raiders league victory on Friday.

The Blue Raiders now sport a 18-3 record. They play next when they host Riverdale for a West Sequoia contest on Tuesday, February 7. Caruthers will meet a Cowboys team coming off a 65-55 league loss to Fresno Christian (Fresno, CA). The Cowboys record now stands at 12-11.

The Redcats (2-15) will now prepare for their contest against Parlier (Parlier, CA). The Panthers come into the West Sequoia contest with a 8-14 record. In their last contest, Parlier trounced Minarets (O'Neals, CA), 57-53, in a non-league contest.
