Kansas High School Basketball - Lyndon crushes Wabaunsee

(January 31, 2012: Alma, KS 66401) Lyndon Tigers (Lyndon, KS) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Wabaunsee Chargers (Alma, KS), 52-31 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lyndon upgrades its record to 11-1 on the season. The Tigers travel to Olpe (Olpe, KS) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, February 3. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 6-6. Olpe won 59-32 in their recent league bout against Hartford (Hartford, KS)

Next up, the Chargers play the Rossville Bulldogs (Rossville, KS) in a Mid-East bout, on Friday, February 3. Wabaunsee will attempt to upgrade on its 2-11 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 4-10 record after their 53-43 league win over St. Marys (St. Marys, KS).
