(December 16, 2011: Argyle, TX 76226) The Argyle Eagles basketball squad scored 54 points and limited the visiting Southwest Christian Eagles to 16 in the Eagles non-league win on Friday.

With the win, Argyle upgrades its record to 6-8 on the season. The Eagles host Paradise (Paradise, TX) to encounter the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 16. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 6-4. Paradise won 48-41 in their recent league bout against Millsap (Millsap, TX)

Next up, the Eagles encounter the Trinity Valley Trojans (Fort Worth, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Southwest Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 3-11 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 5-4 record after their 73-28 non-league win over Harvest Christian (Fort Worth, TX).
