California High School Basketball - Fairfax edges Eisenhower
(February 4, 2012: Rialto, CA 92376) The Fairfax Lions (Los Angeles, CA) basketball nipped the host Eisenhower Eagles (Rialto, CA), 73-67 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Lions (17-9) will now prepare for their test against Hamilton (Los Angeles, CA). The Yankees go into the Western test with a 9-14 record. In their last test, Hamilton was tipped by Palisades (Pacific Palisades, CA), 82-42, in a league test.
The Eagles now own a 16-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Redlands for a Citrus Belt test on Wednesday, February 8. Eisenhower will clash with a Terriers squad coming off a 54-30 league loss to Yucaipa (Yucaipa, CA). The Terriers record now stands at 4-20.
