(November 3, 2007: New Providence, NJ 07924) New Providence Pioneers (New Providence, NJ) fans exited the stadium content Saturday as they saw their football team knock off the visiting Clark Rams (Roselle, NJ), 36-14 in a non-league game.
The Pioneers (7-1) will now prepare for their game against Governor Livingston (Berkeley Heights, NJ). The Highlanders come into the non-league game with a 5-3 record. In their last game, Governor Livingston was dropped by North Plainfield (North Plainfield, NJ), 16-15, in a non-league game.
The Rams now hold a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they host Roselle Park for a non-league game on Thursday, November 22. Clark will battle a Panthers team coming off a 35-8 non-league win over Cardinal McCarrick (South Amboy, NJ). The Panthers record now stands at 3-5.
