California High School Basketball - San Pedro holds off AGBU

(December 6, 2011: San Pedro, CA 90731) San Pedro Pirates (San Pedro, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball team nudge the visiting AGBU Spartans (Pasadena, CA), 42-37 in a non-league game.

In their next game, the Pirates face the Elizabeth Learning Center Bulldogs (Cudahy, CA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, December 7. San Pedro will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record.

With the defeat, AGBU moves to 3-1 on the year. The Spartans travel to Calvary Chapel (Downey, CA) to face the Grizzlies in a non-league game on Thursday, December 8. The Grizzlies enter the game with a record of 1-2. Calvary Chapel lost 40-10 in their recent non-league game against San Pedro (San Pedro, CA)
