Florida High School Basketball - Gulf overwhelms Springstead

(December 14, 2007: New Port Richey, FL 34652) The Gulf Buccaneers bounced the visiting Springstead Eagles basketball squad by a score of 56-12 in Friday's league challenge.

The Buccaneers now possess a 8-3 record. They play next when they host Mitchell for a non-league challenge on Monday, December 17. Gulf will battle a Mustangs squad coming off a 30-26 non-league win over Countryside (Clearwater, FL). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-3.
