Alabama High School Basketball - Montgomery can't hold off Biloxi
(January 13, 2012: Semmes, AL 36575) The Biloxi Indians basketball team scored 65 points and held the host Montgomery Vikings to 60 in the Indians non-league triumph on Friday.
The Indians now sport a 16-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Callaway for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 14. Biloxi will meet a Chargers squad coming off a 83-80 league win over Provine (Jackson, MS). The Chargers record now stands at 14-4.
Next up, the Vikings play the Davidson Warriors (Mobile, AL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Montgomery will attempt to upgrade on its 3-14 season record. The Warriors come into the bout with a 6-9 record after their 69-60 non-league loss to Jefferson Davis (Montgomery, AL).
