Arkansas High School Basketball - Paragould succumbs to Nettleton
(February 22, 2011: Jonesboro, AR 72401) The Nettleton Raiders topped the visiting Paragould Rams basketball team by a final score of 35-26 in Tuesday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Raiders face the Forrest City Mustangs (Forrest City, AR) in a 5A East game, on Thursday, February 24. Nettleton will attempt to move on its 7-11 season record. The Mustangs enter the game with a 14-9 record after their 60-25 non-league win over Batesville (Batesville, AR).
With the defeat, Paragould moves to 10-10 on the year. The Rams host Beebe (Beebe, AR) to face the Badgers in a 5A East game on Thursday, February 24. The Badgers enter the game with a record of 20-5. Beebe lost 53-50 in their recent non-league game against Wynne (Wynne, AR)
