Florida High School Basketball - Master's Academy ripped by Father Lopez
(January 20, 2012: Oviedo, FL 32765) The Father Lopez Green Waves basketball team scored 77 points and held the host Master's Academy Eagles to 43 in the Green Waves league triumph on Friday.
The Green Waves now sport a 18-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Timber Creek for a non-league contest on Monday, January 23. Father Lopez will meet a Wolves team coming off a 68-57 league win over Colonial (Orlando, FL). The Wolves record now stands at 13-7.
The Eagles (12-7) will now prepare for their contest against Forest Lake Academy (Apopka, FL). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 3-10 record. In their last contest, Forest Lake Academy was routed by Mount Dora Bible (Mount Dora, FL), 62-43, in a non-league contest.
