Ohio High School Basketball - Milton-Union nudges Dixie
(February 3, 2012: West Milton, OH 45383) In Friday's league outing, the Milton-Union Bulldogs (West Milton, OH) basketball squad edged the visiting Dixie Greyhounds (New Lebanon, OH), by a margin of 61-58.
The Bulldogs (5-9) will now prepare for their outing against Newton Local (Pleasant Hill, OH). The Indians go into the non-league outing with a 7-9 record. In their last outing, Newton Local was tipped by Ansonia (Ansonia, OH), 51-43, in a league outing.
The Greyhounds now own a 10-6 record. They take the field next when they host Valley View for a non-league outing on Saturday, February 4. Dixie will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 69-60 non-league win over Carlisle (Carlisle, OH). The Spartans record now stands at 10-6.
