Oregon High School Basketball - Reynolds overwhelms McKay
(January 6, 2012: Salem, OR 97305) Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Reynolds Raiders (Troutdale, OR) and the host McKay Scots (Salem, OR), saw Reynolds's basketball squad trounce McKay by a score of 67-44.
With the victory, Reynolds improves its record to 7-4 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Douglas (Portland, OR) to battle the Scots in a 6A Mt. Hood challenge on Tuesday, January 17. The Scots come into the challenge with a record of 5-6.
Next up, the Scots battle the North Salem Vikings (Salem, OR) in a 6A Central Valley challenge, on Tuesday, January 10. McKay will attempt to improve on its 2-11 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 6-7 record after their 75-55 non-league loss to Jesuit (Portland, OR).
