Furr Brahmans (Houston, TX) basketball nipped the visiting
Scarborough Spartans (Houston, TX),
46-41 in Wednesday's league test.
The Brahmans (6-11) will now prepare for their test against
Kashmere (Houston, TX). The Fighting Rams go into the
4A Region III District 19 test with a 6-12 record. In their last test,
Kashmere got by
Sterling (Houston, TX),
55-52, in a league test.
The Spartans now own a 4-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to
Worthing for a
4A Region III District 19 test on Saturday, January 12.
Scarborough will clash with a Colts squad coming off a
101-65 league loss to
Wheatley (Houston, TX). The Colts record now stands at 1-8.
