Idaho High School Basketball - Rocky Mountain nudges Boise

(January 28, 2012: Meridian, ID 83646) In Saturday's league outing, the Rocky Mountain Grizzlies (Meridian, ID) basketball squad edged the visiting Boise Braves (Boise, ID), by a margin of 49-42.

The Grizzlies (7-9) will now prepare for their outing against Vallivue (Caldwell, ID). The Falcons go into the 5A Southern Idaho outing with a 6-11 record. In their last outing, Vallivue nipped Eagle (Eagle, ID), 61-56, in a league outing.

The Braves now own a 9-6 record. They take the field next when they host Borah for a 5A Southern Idaho outing on Wednesday, February 1. Boise will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 51-43 league win over Centennial (Boise, ID). The Lions record now stands at 15-1.
