California High School Baseball - Santa Monica loses to Palos Verdes Peninsula

(April 30, 2011: Rolling Hills Estates, CA 90274) The Palos Verdes Peninsula Panthers baseball team scored 6 runs and limited the visiting Santa Monica Vikings to 1 in the Panthers non-league victory on Saturday.

The Panthers (16-7) will now prepare for their match against Leuzinger (Lawndale, CA). The Olympians go into the Bay match with a 0-17 record. In their last match, Leuzinger was overwhelmed by Palos Verdes (Palos Verdes Estates, CA), 22-0, in a league match.

The Vikings (8-16) will now prepare for their match against Beverly Hills (Beverly Hills, CA). The Normans go into the Ocean match with a 9-11 record. In their last match, Beverly Hills edged Brentwood (Los Angeles, CA), 12-6, in a non-league match.
