Arizona High School Basketball - Hamilton tipped by Red Mountain

(January 17, 2012: Chandler, AZ 85248) The Red Mountain Mountain Lions basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Hamilton Huskies to 55 in the Mountain Lions league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mountain Lions now sport a 15-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mesa for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 19. Red Mountain will confront a Jackrabbits team coming off a 41-36 league loss to McClintock (Tempe, AZ). The Jackrabbits record now stands at 3-14.

The Huskies (17-4) will now prepare for their contest against Perry (Gilbert, AZ). The Pumas enter the I Section II contest with a 6-13 record. In their last contest, Perry was nudged by Basha (Chandler, AZ), 54-51, in a league contest.
