(December 8, 2011: Visalia, CA 93277) The Parlier Panthers basketball team scored 37 points and held the host Mt. Whitney Pioneers to 29 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Panthers now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host San Joaquin Memorial for a non-league contest on Friday, December 9. Parlier will meet a Panthers team coming off a 45-3 non-league win over Orosi (Orosi, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 3-4.

The Pioneers (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Orosi (Orosi, CA). The Cardinals enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Orosi was defeated by San Joaquin Memorial (Fresno, CA), 45-3, in a non-league contest.
