(September 28, 2007: Fort Washington, MD 20744) In Friday's non-league match, the host Friendly Patriots football squad scored a big 40-0 victory over the McDonough Rams.

In their next game, the Patriots clash with the Douglass Eagles (Upper Marlboro, MD) in a Prince George's County 3A/2A match, on Friday, October 5. Friendly will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 3-1 record after their 41-0 league win over Crossland (Temple Hills, MD).

With the loss, McDonough drops to 2-2 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Lackey (Indian Head, MD) to battle the Chargers in a Southern Maryland test on Friday, October 5.
