(November 21, 2008: Ruskin, FL ) The Plant City Raiders basketball team scored 72 points and restricted the host Lennard Longhorns to 30 in the Raiders non-league victory on Friday.

The Raiders now sport a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Durant for a 6A District 8 contest on Tuesday, December 2.

The Longhorns (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Riverview (Riverview, FL). The Sharks come into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Riverview was routed by Armwood (Seffner, FL), 47-45, in a non-league contest.
