Texas High School Basketball - Centennial trounces Frisco

(January 31, 2012: Frisco, TX 75034) The Centennial Titans (Frisco, TX) basketball crushed the host Frisco Raccoons (Frisco, TX), 59-31 in Tuesday's league test.

The Titans (20-10) will now prepare for their test against Newman Smith (Carrollton, TX). The Trojans go into the 4A Region II District 9 test with a 11-13 record. In their last test, Newman Smith was trounced by Heritage (Frisco, TX), 48-42, in a league test.

The Raccoons now own a 3-24 record. They take the field next when they travel to Creekview for a 4A Region II District 9 test on Friday, February 3. Frisco will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 48-21 league loss to Wakeland (Frisco, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 6-18.
