Missouri High School Basketball - St. Louis Christian Academy holds off Roosevelt
(December 29, 2011: St. Louis, MO 63104) St. Louis Christian Academy Cougars (St. Louis, MO) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Roosevelt Roughriders (St. Louis, MO), 54-53 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, St. Louis Christian Academy upgrades its record to 1-6 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Normandy (St. Louis, MO) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Monday, February 6. The Vikings come into the bout with a record of 2-7.
The Roughriders (3-8) will now prepare for their battle against Willard (Willard, MO). The Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 3-4 record.
