(January 10, 2012: Hattiesburg, MS 39401) Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Hillcrest Christian Cougars (Jackson, MS) and the host Presbyterian Christian Bobcats (Hattiesburg, MS), saw Hillcrest Christian's basketball squad knock off Presbyterian Christian by a score of 63-52.

With the victory, Hillcrest Christian improves its record to 16-2 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to East Rankin Academy (Pelahatchie, MS) to battle the Patriots in a MAIS AAA II District 2 challenge on Thursday, January 19. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 14-4.

Next up, the Bobcats battle the Starkville Academy Volunteers (Starkville, MS) in a MAIS AAA II District 2 challenge, on Friday, January 13. Presbyterian Christian will attempt to improve on its 8-9 season record.
