Arizona High School Basketball - Mountain View winner over Pusch Ridge Christian Academy
(November 29, 2011: Tucson, AZ 85742) The Mountain View Mountain Lions (Tucson, AZ) basketball knocked off the visiting Pusch Ridge Christian Academy Lions (Tucson, AZ), 40-28 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Mountain Lions (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Rincon (Tucson, AZ). The Rangers go into the I Section II test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Rincon was beaten by Sunnyside (Tucson, AZ), 51-26, in a league test.
The Lions now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Canyon del Oro for a II Section I test on Thursday, December 1. Pusch Ridge Christian Academy will clash with a Dorados squad coming off a 50-14 non-league win over San Manuel (San Manuel, AZ). The Dorados record now stands at 3-1.
